摘要:
針對高層建筑物外墻涂料施工大多采用搭建腳手架和人工吊籃的方式,不僅造成施工成本高、噴涂效率低,而且工人的生命安全難以保證;為此,本研究提出并設計了一種基于PLC控制的高空外墻噴涂機,該裝置主要包括:提升機構、吊籃機構、噴涂機構、吸附機構以及氣動控制系統,其中移動平臺通過PLC控制行程開關的通斷實現噴頭左右往復噴涂;吸附機構通過氣動控制系統實現障礙物跨越并保持連續噴涂;同時對設計的PLC控制系統和氣動系統進行了驗證,經實驗表明該裝置工作穩定、安全可靠,一定程度上替代人工操作,提高了噴涂效率和質量。
Abstract:
Aiming at the the situation of external wall plastering of construction most of using scaffolding Artificial hanging basket way which not only lead to high construction cost low efficiency,but also the workers life safety is not guaranteed;Aerial spraying machine was put forward which based on PLC control system.The device consists of lifting mechanism, hanging basket mechanism,spraying mechanism, absorbing mechanism pneumatic control system,The moving platform can realize the nozzle reciprocating spray by PLC control travel switch on off;Absorbing mechanism can achieve continuous spraying by pneumatic control system; The experiment research of the PLC control system Pneumatic system were also conducted,The application examples show the device of the stability reliability can be improved effectively, to a certain replace manual work, improving the spraying efficiency quality.
